Transmission resetting when hda reboots

First, thanks for a great system. I used to set up a Ubuntu server and install all tools manually. Installing applications in Amahi with the one-click-installer is just amazing compared to my old system!

I do however have some issues with the Transmission application:

1. everytime i reboot the hda, all the torrents that I have uploaded disappear.
2. torrent files that I save to /var/hda/files/torrents are not picked up by Transmission. I have to upload them manually, and then Transmission starts downloading them to /var/hda/files/torrents. However, due to the first problem these downloads (not the actual files, but the download/seed processes) are lost when I reboot the computer.

I don't mind having to upload torrents manually, but loosing the torrent session when rebooting is a complete blocker to me.

I have checked out the wiki and followed the instructions on creating the 'torrents' -share. I can't find any other information regarding my problems.

Have you installed the Transmission application recently?

If not, it would be a good idea to uninstall and re-install it. Those issues have been fixed some time ago, but already installed applications don't receive such fixes. You need to uninstall and re-install to get them.
