amahi-transmission doesn't stop properly while reboot amahi from console using shutdown -r now

after reboot, all task lists in transmission are going to be verified, looks like the service is not stopped before restart?
Oh I shouldn't reboot from console at all?

is it related to bug #413 ?

looks like it.

we believe we have fixed it recently, however, you have to uninstall and reinstall transmission to get the fixes. can you do that?
(some of your torrents may vanish - they are not gone - u need to restart with the torrent file)
