I have cleared the browser cache prior to uninstalling and then again prior to installing again---still getting 7.22. Could this be related to you giving me access to install Moodle as test? I have backed up my my site---is there a way to do a destructive uninstall and then clean install and then restore from back up?

That is really bizarre. I don't understand how you could have 7.22 from Amahi 7.

What do you mean by a destructive uninstall. Each time you uninstall apps, they is nothing left behind or should not be.

Please let me know which version of the Amahi platform you are using. You can find that in the dashboard in the settings tab.

Ok, let's try this:

Code: Select all

rm -rf /var/hda/tmp/amahi-download-cache/*
Then uninstall Drupal.

Next check /var/hda/web-apps to ensure there is no drupal directory there. If not, reinstall.

If this does not work, then I need you to submit a bug report detailing the issue.
https://bugs.amahi.org

It will require additional research to determine why you are not getting the latest version.

That didn't work. I'll submit a bug report. Before I do so, one last weird thing---not sure if it is related to why I am not getting latest version...
When I reinstall drupal (it appears to be 7.22) and go to the address it begins the install process but hangs when double checking the requirements. I get the following:

Web server Apache/2.4.6 (Fedora) OpenSSL/1.0.0-fips PHP/5.5.5 Phusion_Passenger/3.0.21
OK

PHP 5.5.5
OK

PHP register globals Disabled
OK

PHP extensions Enabled
OK

Database support Enabled
OK

PHP memory limit 128M
OK

File system Writable (public download method)
OK

Unicode library PHP Mbstring Extension
OK

Error
Default settings file The default settings file does not exist.
The Drupal installer requires that the ./sites/default/default.settings.php file not be modified in any way from the original download.

Error
Settings file The settings file does not exist.
The Drupal installer requires that you create a settings file as part of the installation process. Copy the ./sites/default/default.settings.php file to ./sites/default/settings.php. More details about installing Drupal are available in INSTALL.txt.

When I go to ./sites/default/ neither the setting.php nor the default.settings.php files are there. Now I can't get the 7.22 drupal to install properly...

Another weird thing, when I reinstall drupal and then go to the web-apps/drupal folder there is a file titled:

drupal-7.22-patch.tar.gz

in there....

Please check /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log for errors with this app. To post a bug report, once logged in select Projects at the top left. The you should have a choice of options on the left, choose apps.

Once you are there, you will see an option across the top of the bugs listed for New Issue. Select that and submit your report.
