Sorry, do I install the old version through the web interface first and then the RPMs or do I have to uninstall the old version first?
You can do it in whatever order.
If you already have the amahi app installed, just install the RPM, and it should as-is (maybe just restart the daemon: service transmission-daemon restart).
If you haven't installed it, you can install the RPM before, so that you won't need to restart the daemon manually if you install the RPM after.

One problem. After update i noticed that /var/www/.config/transmission-daemon folder doesnt exist!

I was able to find:
/var/lib/transmission/.config/transmission-daemon

But when i change settings.json in /var/lib/... i think it has no effect.

Help please.

You need to start transmission using the "amahi-transmission" service, not the "transmission-daemon" service.

Code: Select all

chkconfig amahi-transmission on chkconfig transmission-daemon off service transmission-daemon stop service amahi-transmission start

Do you have any advice on how to build the package for use on i686?

Thanks,

I listed the commands needed here: http://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?p=8547#p8547
