Ok so I rebooted my HDA and then I renamed the log file so I would get a fresh one. I then uninstalled a web app I had installed (speedtest) and the tried to reinstall it. It wouldn't install just like all the others right now but here is the fresh log file of the new test.

Well I may have come accross something useful. Looks like the installer is dead whatever that means.
