Squeezserver not finding files

I have installed Squeezeserver 7.41 and pointed it to the right folder (var/hda/files/music)
When I do a scan for new files, it comes up empty
It should contain over 38000 flac files, I can however see the files when i open the share on a client machine and even play them.
Anyone had the same issue? or have I done something wrong with the path?
