SugarCRM

Postby snowguy » Fri Sep 25, 2009 11:12 pm

Just installed SugarCRM. Keep getting an annoying message that I should upgrade. I can ignore that but it doesn't seem to be taking any of the changes that I make. I'm guessing maybe a database problem. Any suggestions?

i think the program checks to see if there are new releases and perhaps there is one?

does sugarcrm let you upgrade on the fly?
that may be an option?

there is no option to turn off checking for upgrades?

also, it sounds as if, in addition to being annoying, it also prevents you from doing work?

It will not let you upgrade. I downloaded the package and everytime I try to upgrade it breaks the whole app.

that's right. it is like any changes I make don't actually take. I'll keep messing with it. maybe there's something simple I'm doing wrong.
