apache2 vhost only working after server restart

Hi,

If I create a new vhost I have to resart the whole machine.
I've tried to do a "service apache2 reload" which doesn't work
I've restarted the dns, same thing.

So, what's the preferred way to do this.

Its best to use the web app feature if installing new app manually.

Any time you add another virtual host, you need to restart apache and not the HDA.

For Ubuntu do:

sudo service apache2 restart
