CLOSED: How to go about completely remove SABnzbd pus

I would like to completely remove SABnzbd pus and start over from scratch. Simply uninstalling the application doesn't do the trick because the settings are still saved someplace and coming back in to effect. Also if there is a way to reset everything from within the program that's not going to help me out as I can't access SABnzbd at all.
