Hi

I get this strange error when trying to access SABnzbd after a reboot

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: DNS lookup failure for: localhost

To resolve the problem i have to reinstall via the amahi dashboard, but when i reboot i have to reinstall again because of the above error " proxy 502".
Does anyone know what is happening with this ?

Uninstalling and reinstalling is not the solution. Are you using the HDA as your DHCP and DNS server?

This could be related to the web browser or something else local to your HDA.

Hi, yes I am using the HDA as the DHCP and DNS.
If I uninstall and reinstall SAB through the HDA it comes back. Its strange because it works fine just when I reboot it has this issue.

Please check /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log for errors.

There are no errors in the log file for uninstall or installation.

Interesting. What about in /var/log/boot.log?

No errors in there either ? Strange?

Maybe linked to Apache? I recall this might have started after an update. This link may shed some light ?

Interesting. Can you access the app via http://sabnzbd:25915? Also there is another option that you could employ. The guidance for it is located in this forum post.

Hi the link http://sabnzbd.hda:25915 works.
The default install address http://sabnzbdplus.my domain.com. does not even with port number.

Any ideas?

Look at the text in /etc/httpd/conf.d/####sabnzbd.conf and post the results.

Also check the domain name on your server:
