removing all details of a SABnzbd install including user acc

Hi I was going through testing this and sickbeard one weekend and decided to revisit it this weekend, I discovered that I've lost my document on my config settings and subsequently have forgotten the password I set for both SABnzbdplus and sickbeard. I've uninstalled the applications and looked in webmin but I'm unable to locate where the credentials are stored.

I know this is a noob error but is someone able to point me in the right direction so I can start over please?

When you uninstalled the applications, the credentials for the apps might have been removed with them.
