Tells me you have not installed the application.

What do you see when you go to the apps tab in your HDA dashboard?

It says

There are no applications available at this time.
This could be due to a lack of network connectivity. (But as I stated before, I ran the networks tests and all tested OK lots of green ticks)

I cant send you screen shots because it says the forum board has no room to load anymore attachments.

That means you have no connectivity.

Does your HDA meet system requirements?

Trying to diagnose connectivity issues is more complicated.

You may have said, but what method did you use for install? Express DVD or minimal install CD?

Yes it definitely meets requirements, it's not suoer fast its a D525 Intel with 4gb Ram and two drives a 64Gb SSD for system and 1Tb HDD

What Did I use to install it ???

I downloaded a disk image Amahi-11-x86_64 500.970KB image burned to a CD and installed from that

I just followed the instructions from that install disc as it went along

Recommend you reinstall and don’t use the Express DVD.

Use the minimal install CD. Many users have issues with Express DVD as noted in the instructions.

Guess you missed that.

BTW it’s important you follow the install instructions we provide to ensure success. Following the CD or DVD instructions solely isn’t sufficient.

OK, I'll give it a whirl. If I reinstall it and use a different code will I lose the copy of Plex I purchased?

Thank You

No need to use a different code.

The app purchase is tied to your account, so as long as you use the same account should be no issues.

I got further, I reinstalled as you suggested and I can now install Apps and see the app store.

I did install Plex but everytime I try to log in I get the following message

No soup for you!
The server you're trying to access doesn't want to let you in. Make sure you're signed in as a user with access to this server.

I have tried both user accounts on my Amahi install, but I'm stuck again.

pls help
