Transmission broke

Hi, I have been using Amahi for about a year and have set it up to run Plex, Sonarr and Transmission.
I was working well until a month ago, I noticed the server was not downloading my new tv shows.
I tried accessing Transmission through a browser and it errored, returning error code 503 Service Unavailable.
On the Screen

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
-------------------
I have googled, tried to force a restart or a start, but have not been able to get any results.
Please someone help and I need some guidance.
