I recently had to re-install Amahi from scratch. I also successfully reinstalled my Plex Media server. I had to reset my password and was finally able to login to the "new" server with my old credentials but now I receive this error.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue. I've been able to get it to come up before, but I haven't been able to figure out exactly how and right now I'm stuck not able to access it...

@bigfoot65 The error referred to is simply "You do not have permission to access this server." I guess that's not technically an "error", but it is certainly an issue.

Here's a screenshot. The url is http://plexms.home.org/index.html. home.org being my amahi server domain.

OK, I figured out a workaround. I certainly wouldn't call it a solution, but it works.

1. Download Plex Server and install on the computer you are using.
2. Make sure you are connected to your home network and can access http://hda/
3. Open "Media Manager" for the plex server on your current computer.

At this point a browser window should open and you should see your Amahi server listed in the left column as one of your servers and you should now be able to manage it.

I would recommend you try the URL http://plexms.home.org/manage/.

The work around is a bit extreme. We need to find the issue and correct it.

http://plexms.home.org/manage/ gave me a 404 error. Thanks for helping with this. I'm somewhat lost as to what the problem could be as I don't really know the ins and outs of Plex and Amahi.

This worked! I had read the wiki page before, but for some reason I missed this before.
