Roksbox & Roku

I am trying to set up Roksbox to stream videos to my Roku. I am new to Linux and don't know a lick about adding directories as defined on the following. Any help would be beneficial.

The Linux commands needed to create the folders are listed in the tutorial. Do you have command-line access to your HDA?
