Jinzora 3.0 alpha (latest release) - not seeing files

I don't necessarily have a Amahi home server, but I have a custom built computer with Ubuntu 13.10, a LAMP configuration, and just installed Jinzora to try to get a media server started. I'm having an issue with the latest release (Jinzora 3.0 alpha) where it's not seeing any of my music - I have the music structured in Genre/Track format - and while for example I have 53 MP3s in my "Classical" folder, Jinzora is showing 0. I was wondering if this is a known issue or not, or if I did something wrong? I opted to use custom format (genre/track) and no Tag data (just filenames). I attempted to visit Jinzora's website, but it appears they no longer have a website. Unless the project is dead, and maybe I need to ditch the whole Jinzora thing.
