Inconsistent Streaming for 1 file

Here's a quick rundown of my setup.

Amahi running on a core i3 box.
Greyhole
DLNA server.

Boxee Box to play all the stuff, wireless 802.11g/n

For whatever reason, I have one Blu-Ray ripped movie (x264 in an mkv) that seems to need constant re-buffering. It'll play alright for a couple minutes, then re-buffer.

At first I figured it was network related, so I started a different movie (same exact encode settings, same everything except for the content of the video obviously), and it played perfectly.

I immediately went back to the troublesome video, and the same problem occurred.

Any ideas on troubleshooting this issue? I'm 99% certain it's not the boxee box (since it runs everything else under the sun perfectly), and by the same token, the network seems fine also.
