Re: Cannot add disk to pool
I see you are using the Express CD.
Noticed you improperly setup your OS drive. The majority of your disk space is in the /home directory.
Also don’t see any additional drives connected.
Did you follow the guidance I provided earlier to mount your Drives?

Re: Cannot add disk to pool
thanks for your reply
I indeed have 2 drives connected and these are visible in cockpit as /dev/sdb1 and /dev/sdc1, and also in the Amahi setup pane disks/devices.
When installing Amahi I used the default settings in the installation procedure. Should I reinstall the hole system, but then what should I do different. Also where can I find the info on that?
I do believe that I've followed all the guides that are there, but I could be wrong.
Also, since I need to run this system on a headless, system (HP X510 Data Vault), I have to install the system on another machine and then move the drive to the X510. When i boot the system in the X510, and log in into the server, the 2 disks are "recognized" as stated, but nothing more.
Thanks

Re: Cannot add disk to pool
Hi again
I did try the guide you gave me. I've been going thru it several times, and now it seemed to work properly.
I'll give you some more feedback when I have tinkered with it a bit more.
Thank you for your help so far

Re: Cannot add disk to pool
Sorry, but not yet
I did the hda-diskmount and the disks got added to the pool. so far so good.
I then added the "blue" line just like in the guide, an now I cant get the machine to boot!!!
I says " You are in emergency mode. After logging in, type "journalctl -xb" etc. etc. etc.
Cannot open access to console, the root account is locked.
See sulogin(8) man page for more details
Press enter to continue
Now what?

Re: Cannot add disk to pool
Oh no that’s not good.
It’s fixable, but rather complicated. You’d have to find the guidance on the internet. It may take a while to fix too.
Would be best to restart unfortunately.
