Can't get into the application to install apps

it says my server is running, but doesn't have a VPN, so I bought Open VPN.
I can’t figure out how to get into a navigator so I can install it.
I tried HDA and it didn’t work.
is there a secret to getting to the GUI for controlling the system using my Mac? My server is running Fedora.
