This is likely a failing hard disk.

Is this drive new? If not, might want to check it for errors. There is plenty of guidance on the internet on how to do it.

Not a good idea to run Fedora and Amahi on a Flash Drive. They are not designed to take the pounding like a hard drive. There are many read/writes done over time with Linux that will wear out the flash drive.

The only recommendation I could offer is to try and fix the errors using command line guidance you find on the internet.

Personally I use a hard drive and it lasts for years. I have had flash drives go bad in months just being used for basic file storage.

ok I will try that.
And i will have in mind to change the compact flash to a hard drive.
Is there any easy way to get my configuration from my Compact flash card to a hard drive?

Thank you for all help

No problem.

You can backup the flash drive using Clonezilla. There is some guidance in the wiki on how to use it.
