Backup Filesystem

I am wondering is there a app for Amahi I can install so I can backup all my Shares. I have created a few folders such as Music, Movies and etc. and I really don’t want to lose them if something crashes or fails on the server. I would like to backup all my shares to a external hard drive and be over to access the shares from there if something happens.

Not for the HDA. There are many third-party apps you can install on a client machine that will accomplish what you desire.

I use Free File Sync on my Windows PC to back up. You might want to check out Backups in the wiki.
