photo slideshow to smart tv from Amahi

My desire is to set aside a special photo folder on my HDA for all our favorite family photos over the years. What would you all recommend is a good way to stream a slideshow of these photos to a smart tv? Ideally I want my TV to turn on and default right to a picture slideshow... any thoughts?

Not sure if these will work, but check out dlna App and plex-media-server App.
