Why don't files in Samba shares show up on the Dash?

When I click the HDA button at the top of apps, it takes me to a page showing all files, which, strangely, shows no files. Even though I have a folder containing audio uploaded to the Samba Music share, it does not show that. Why doesn't it show this? What files are shown here?
Sorry about me lately asking a TON of questions, but a lot of Amahi is confusing me.

Can you please attach a screen shot? I don't follow your question.

The screenshot shows what the screen I am looking at looks like. I have some files uploaded in the Music Samba share, but nothing comes up here.

Hmm, I tried uploading it, but it isn't letting me. And it still isn't. What should I do?

Can you put the image in Dropbox or similar location and provide a URL to the image?
