Are there any videos that can help me with how to load a wordpress website onto my amahi server? Are there any videos?

No videos that I am aware, but you might try searching the internet. Might find some help in the forums here too if you search around.

You can install the wordpress App and then follow the hosting a website wiki guidance for exposing it outside your network.
