OK, I think I messed some stuff up real bad.

I was trying to move my shared folders to my new drives. While this was happening we lost power to our house for a minute which caused the server to restart.
When I logged back on, I couldn't access any of my shares, so I unmounted the 3 disks and remounted them. But I still couldn't get access to any of my shares, so I etsarted the server, and got the emergency mode log in.

I have no idea what to do next.

It is possible that the drive mounts may have gotten messed up. Only simple way to check is to boot the HDA using a Live CD, such as Ubuntu or Fedora. Then use the Disk Util application to check the disks.

Once that appears ok, you will need to use Gedit or similar editor to open /etc/fstb on the HDA OS drive and see if the lines still exist and are correct for the drives.

Worst case scenario is you may have to start over with installing the OS and Amahi. Never good when there is a power outage. Recommend you purchase a BackUPS to prevent such interruptions.

It say one drive is misaligned by 512 bytes and one is misaligned by 3,584 bytes

That could be the issue, hard to say.

Might check the internet to see how to correct it.

I think I'm just going to re-install.

I have a couple of questions you might be able to help me out with.

1) How do I uninstall? The last time I just formatted the drive and now I can't use it. I had to return it and get another one. Is there a process I have to use to reinstall?
2) Will I be able to install my purchased apps on the new install?
3) Could you tell me the order of the steps I need to do to get it up and running after I install Amahi (ex: add the hard drives, install Greyhole, etc)?

There is no uninstall for Amahi. It's start over following the instructions at http://docs.amahi.org
2) Will I be able to install my purchased apps on the new install?
Yes, providing you use the same amahi.org account for the install.
3) Could you tell me the order of the steps I need to do to get it up and running after I install Amahi (ex: add the hard drives, install Greyhole, etc)?
Install the disks first using adding hard drives 101 guidance. This is a new simpler guide I built to help those who have little or no Linux experience. Of course you can also follow the adding a second hard drive to your HDA if you prefer.

Once they are properly mounted, you can then install Greyhole. Recommend you follow the Greyhole UI App Transition Guide starting with adding drives step.

No problem.

I would recommend you document the steps as you go along. That way if something goes south, there are some details as to what may have led to the issue.
