Begginer s question, add a usb disk with files

Today i setup amahi on my new PC, to share video , music, pdf ... Because I use share on my windows PC as external usb disk, so my disk already have file. Now I like use this disk with this files (i have 2x 2TB) on amahi. When I plug this disk into usb, mahi see disk disks. But no partition and share folder which i like to see it on may XMBC rasberry pi player.
Please help me to do this. I like to use this amazing Amahi software.
