Hi I installed Amahi on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS I did the setup with only the system drive connected. Once I got up and running I went through the steps to add the additional storage drives and when I log in to my hda I can see all of the storage drives that I added in the pool. I setup the new share folders and checked use the storage pool for each of the folders (music, photos, etc.) I also have the advanced button checked in settings.

My problem is that when I copy files from my Win7 home system to the server over my network all of the files are going into the system drive and I cannot figure out what I did wrong to make this happen.

Can anyone please direct me to some settings I can trouble shoot? Also how do I find the system drive on the server box to delete the files that got copied over so that I don't overload the system disk?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Are you using Greyhole? If I am not mistaken, until Greyhole -f is run, they will sit there and not be distributed to other drives.

Check out the wiki for more info.

Thanks Bigfoot,

Two fold issue, one my landing zone was too small, I switched that and cleared out the garbage in the log and now everything is working as it should.

Thanks,
Scott

Good to hear. I was thinking about mentioning that too.
