Install Amahi ver 6 or wait for 7?

will there be a simple upgrade from Amahi 6 to 7?
Should I wait for the new release of Amahi 7 before setting up my Amahi server?

Will the upgrade, mean, re-installing from scratch?

Sorry, there is no upgrade path as there are massive changes to the OS and Amahi. You will need to install from scratch at the moment.

We are working on a possible backup solution that may let you import your Amahi settings and apps to the new version, but that is a ways off.
