Fedora versions

Postby Michelle » Tue Dec 16, 2008 10:15 am

Sorry if this is a silly question, I can't find anything that says Amahi will install on F10 (then again I can't find anything that says it won't!). Being a newbie from a M$ world, this is all a little scary - can anyone tell me if I should go with F9 or should F10 be OK?

hi michelle,

definitely Fedora 9.

we have not released the Fedora 10 version of Amahi.

there are some development notes on Fedora 10 port of Amahi, which essentially says it will not quite fully work.

Crikes! thank you so much for your incredibly fast reply - 14 minutes... most of the commercial IT companies could learn a lot from you!

working an a major feature - online web installer (link to the alpha rpm in the irc channel).
http://bugs.amahi.org/issues/show/29

after that, we'll focus on f10.

is these something in f10 that you recommend we should be looking forward?
