More dumb questions

I have looked through all of the printed documentation that I can find and cannot find the answer to this question.

All of the computers on the network can see the shares but they cannot access the files. I'm the only one that can see the files. They can all go to http://hda fine and go to the shares just fine but then the computer asks them to log-in. They are using the correct log-in that I set up in HDA. What do I need to do for them to see the files in the shares?

I've also installed some apps and when I click on the hyperlink to go to the app I get an error messsage that fcms (fcms.domain.com) cannot be found. Am I doing something wrong here?

Also ensure the permissions are correct. They should be owned by the first admin user and read/writable by all.
