So I Installed Netboot, And Followed the tut on how to add the vesamenu.c32, And now when i try to pxe boot a client it hangs at "Trying to load /pxelinux.cfg/default"
But if I put Menu.c32 back in default file it boots fine.....Any ideas ?
Thanks
Mike

Re: Amahi-netboot
Did you check out the guidance in the wiki. It is a bit old, so not sure if it still works.

Re: Amahi-netboot
Thanks
By default amahi-netboot doesn't install vesamenu.c32 which we need if we want to add backgrounds.
Two solutions:
Get syslinux 4.05. Problem is it comes with 2231 files and we only need a few.
Install syslinux from repositories and copy files from Link to syslinux files
This does not tell me how to get vesamenu.c32 to work so that I can have a picture as the background - it gives the 2 above solutions but fails to explain how??
Thanks in advance.

Re: Amahi-netboot
Ok, well sorry there is insufficient info there. Might have to rely on the internet. Not much interest in the PXE network booting lately.
Is there a reason why you want the graphical menu background? I personally don't care for my system as all I need is the menu options.
Here are some links that might be useful:
