How do I get a table of contents to show up on the Amahi wiki?

This is the page I'm building http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Amahi_for_dummies

This one has a table of contents http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Amahi_Mail_System
When I go to the "edit" view I can't find any code that inserts a TOC.

Table of contents is based on how many sections you have on the page. Once you get to 4 I believe, the table of contents is automatically generated. In the mean time, you can add __TOC__ top the page and that will generate it.

You can check out MediaWiki help on the web for more info on syntax. BTW, I added it for you.
