Adding media drive

Newb question...
I'm migrating a MS 2003 server to Amahi. Amahi installed on the same hw Server 2003 was on.
As suggested, I've unplugged my raid 1 media drives before installing Amahi.
Now that the server is up and running I would like to add my media HDD to the setup. I've plugged back my 2 HD (mirror raid on a pci card) and mounted the drive. It's showing fine on the desktop. I can access the files (current drive named "Medias").
How do I go about making these files the "shares" of my HDA? My primary HD is very small and should only carry the os.
I guess I would need to change to "path" of the Amahi shares. I gave it a shot but my path is pbb wrong.
My knowledge of linux is very limited: there is no such thing as "too many details".
