Customer Service : As in "more" please

I appreciate the difficulties you guys are having, but judging by the lack of replies to a number of posts (mine included), you are in danger of hacking a lot of users (the purchasing kind) off.

Is anybody actually checking these forums ?

PR ?

One of the last things you need is a bad rep.

I've bought a number of addons, and am beginning to feel undervalued.

Great product though.

I disagree. There are lots of users who can reply as well, not only the core team contributes to these forums. Any user who wants to help give back to Amahi can certainly help here.

We do the best we can, but often for some that is not enough. We are sorry you feel undervalued as that is by no means our intent.

Please understand that if you don't feel you are getting timely responses here, email us at support. We (core team) all see those emails and often reply fairly quickly. Unfortunately, we often do not get to the forums as much as we like. As I said earlier, we rely heavily on the Amahi community to assist.
