help with e-mule

Hello everyone, as a noob I am trying to set up the e-mule client on the amahi server.
I need some poitners though: I have found the installation to be as follows
2. If I understand correctly this will install amule on FEDORA, not in AMAHI, so the e-mule client will be running in parallel with AMAHI itself. Can you confirm this?
3. If point 2 is confirmed this means amule (running in Fedora) will populate the disk shares in AMAHI. Will this cause any trouble?
4. Since it would be out of the scope of Amahi, to control emule I would then have to install some VNC client, is that correct?
5. If (4==true) can I use windows RDP to control Fedora?
If you have any other tips please let me know.
