There are hebrew fonts you can install, just do a 'yum list *hebrew*' to find them.

As for making OpenOffice work naturally with Hebrew, I have never tried, but I believe it is available. You should be able to gt this information from the Fedora list.

We have an fairly quick way (somewhat automated, with the help of google translate).

Let the translations team know if you are interested in contributing a translation and we will hook you up with all that is needed. Email the small team at translations@ (at amahi dot org)!

It takes about 1 hour to 2 hours to get it done, though of course in some languages may take longer than others.
My HDA: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz on MSI board, 8GB RAM, 1TBx2+3TBx1
