Another Fedora Version Question

Hi There! I am very new to Amahi in fact, I don't even have it installed. I read a post that said that Fedora version 10 does not yet work with Amahi. I have a very slow internet connection at my house and my browser said it would take 1 day, 15 hours to download the entire Fedora. So I went ahead and ordered a Fedora 10 DVD from there site, I did this because the forms close up pretty quickly because they only send out so many a month. Anyway, I was wondering if Amahi was close to knowing when Fedora 10 or even 11 would be ready for Amahi? Also, is there a way to get a copy of the Fedora 9 DVD for free? Thanks for reading!
Jeremiah

At this stage Amahi is not supported on Fedora 10 or Fedora 11.
I don't know of a way to get aan F9 DVD shipped.
I think your best bet is to download it as a Torrent -- will be quicker than snail mail, and hopefully won't blow any bandwidth budget you're on

I know osdisc.com sells dvd/cd's, currently they only ship Fedora 10, maybe you can ask them if they still ship Fedora 9.
Their support page is here:

Another way to obtain a linux distro is to ask a friend/coworker/boss to download & burn the iso for you. Linux afficionados will surely do this for you so if you know 1 ask him/her first. I don't think anyone would object to this though as long as you make it clear that you're not illegally downloading software.

outside of using the above suggestion and getting a buddy to do it ( um.. or do it at work

) , the only other option is to wait it out.

Thank you to all for the helpful suggestions. Thankfully I just got cable internet and it is lightning fast! It will only take me 2 hours to download fedora. I will do that as soon as I find a computer to install it on lol.
Thanks!
