save paths when using greyhole

First of all, I'm completely new to Amahi. I was planning on Vail, but we all know how that went. So far, I'm really digging Amahi.

This question applies to multiple programs, but let's just use Transmission as an example. I like to save my incomplete torrents to one folder and complete torrents to another. I also do this with sabnzbd (listen, complete, incomplete).

I want all of the data that I download to go straight to the storage pool. As in Storage Pool-->Incomplete, and once it's finished, Storage Pool--->Complete. I would also like to have these files immediately available in a share or at least shortcutted to their actual location within a share.

I was looking through the wiki and it was saying to not save directly to \var\hda\files\[drive]\gh. Is there a way for me to manipulate the save paths so as to achieve the above?
