Im not sure what happened but I am not able to login to the Fedora Server or Amahi webmin using the admin login and pass I usually use. I can login with a regular user account, however. And I still have root access.

Is there a way to reset the main account going through the root account?

You can use reset-user-password script to reset the admin user password. The syntax is:

reset-user-password username
