Will Amahi work without internet connectivity?
As the title says my question is simple, dose Amahi actually need internet connectivity at the moment we do not have net all the time at my home, when the conditions are favorable i can use my ddwrt54 to grab a signal from a hot spot a few blocks away. Obviously i wouldn't be able to remote into it im aware of that. But i guess what i want to know is if i reboot the server after install if amahi needs to phone home to auth to run. since it dose require the install code at setup.
Re: Will Amahi work without internet connectivity?
Amahi only really needs internet access during the setup phase and when you want to install one-click apps or if you want to update. Of course if you want remote access you'll need it too but you mentioned that you're aware of that limitation.

as moredruid put it well, it's not a conventional distro with all the programs built in. apps are installed on demand via the one-click installer.
