Using the SSL pipes

So... I got the Adito up and running. I like it. So far, I have gotten the javavnc and web forwarding working and if we had a like button, I hit it.
But, I am trying to get a terminal operational so Ic an telnet my switches via amahi's ssl pipes. I know I could probably get it to work with ssh but since the capability is there via the web interface, Iwo uld like to atleast make it work one time.
So I set up a putty and a terminal extension via the extension manager and pointed them at my Cisco switch. Adito agent launches and says the pipes are running... but that's it. No pop ups, no nothing. No terminal. No command line. The pipe is open to port 23 from one of my random ports and Adito seems happy about all this and this makes me feel happy too but I don't know what to do next.
Help?!?
