I have a Pinnacle device for streaming TV over the network and internet. Amahi does assign an IP address to the device, but when I run the software to access the device, it does not find it. Any ideas?

it probably uses broadcasting packets to find out the devices on the network.

amahi does not really interfere with this. can you point the software what IP to use?
did you solve this?
My HDA: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz on MSI board, 8GB RAM, 1TBx2+3TBx1

This was all my fault. The firewall was blocking it. Love the server software BTW. Sorry if you wasted your time trying to solve this.
