Is there a way to add additional services to the server page so you can start and stop them from the web? i have vnc server installed and would like to be able to stop it remotely.

from the dashboard click on the "APPS" tab in the upper right corner
then right under the storage tab is a link to "servers" that will get you to were you want to be i think

I saw that page but what I want to do is add additional servers to watch and be able to start, stop or restart. I don't see an option to add any to the list.

The major issue I have is I wanted to run Vmware Server on my HDA so I can setup an Amahi test environment among other things. What a hassle it was to get installed and configure under linux. But I did finally get it to work sort of. Sometime on reboot the init script doesn't run correctly and so it has to be stopped and restarted so I was hoping to add a way to do it in the web console. I suppose I could setup a web app to do this if someone can help me with the scripting portion.

No, there is not a way to add them, I would make a post in the suggestions part of the forum for additional sever functionality that you would like to see.

If you dont want to build a new app you could just install the ajaxterm app and restart VMWare from there
