Well, based on the repeating error message:

I looked at your dhcpd.conf file and sure enough, there are two entries like this:

host sr66-nas-wire {

option host-name "sr66-nas-wire";
}

Try deleting one of those and restart your system. Let's see if that is any better.

Lemme ask you this...and I swear I had this working before...

I have 2 NIC's, one goes to my network, one goes to a FreeNAS box with a hard-coded IP. eth1 goes to the NAS, eth0 goes to my network. I see it's complaining about "same subnet" but my noobishness is no match for your yoda-ness.

That fixed the dhcpd crash. Good!

2 NICs? The basic hda is not setup to handle that.

You're going to have to figure out how to get that all configured (a daunting task based on some of the comments I've seen).

Start searching the forums. I know that other people have wanted to do that too. Maybe they found a way to make it work.
