Can someone post the patch or the solution that was discovered? I am having this problem but am unable to find the patch referenced in this thread.
After a new install I am unable to add apps; I get the error message too.
Help!

Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
Hi, we decided to update the FAQ on this There are no applications available at this time topic:
The team is small and has not validated Amahi or the apps on Fedora 13 yet
With the recent release of Amahi 5.5, we expect to be moving to work on the F13 release soon. There are many reports that things seem to work fairly seamlessly, so it should not be too hard.
Consider getting more involved in Amahi to help with testing, development, or ... make a donation to help keep things running and advancing. Think of how much money you put in the hardware of your server, and then think how much you put in the software
In this case, did you install Fedora 13 by any chance? This error is an indication of two possible things: a) your HDA does not have network connectivity b) you installed an unsupported version of Amahi.
If you have network connectivity, it may be that you installed a version of Amahi that is too old or too new. Amahi usually stays a bit behind new major releases, due to stability considerations and also due to the development team being small.

Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I used Fedora 12 and I followed the installation examples by placing the Amahi repositories in Fedora during the install. I am able to browse the internet fine after logging in, so I don't think it is a connectivity issue. I'm pretty sure I did everything correctly. Any other ideas?
Thanks!

Crap. You were right. I somehow got Fedora 13 instead of 12. I'll have to reinstall again.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
It should be noted that this also happens to Fedora 14 users.
Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
I've got this same issue recently. When I installed Amahi using the Express installer I had no problems with accessing apps. Now transmission is able to connect but I can't access the app list. I've disabled the DNS and DHCP servers because my ISP provided / required router is inarguably in charge.
What can i do to fix this? Is DNS necessary?

Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
Hi guys. I am experiencing this issue myself.
My Amahi server is running, it can access the internet, client machines are using it for DNS and DHCP, but my Apps browser says there are no apps available
I am running Fedora 12.
I did run into some big problems initially getting the server to gain access to the internet. Had the DNS settings incorrect. I have since corrected them, both in the Fedora network utility and via the hda-change-dns command. Are there any config files I can look at? It seems like some part of Amahi is still using the wrong settings. What should I do?

It seemed it was on my own account
I had my firewall in my router enabled and thou all other traffic seemed to work fine Amahi Apps wouldnt. But after I disabled it everything works flawlessly. So now I wonder if there are any specific ports or services or the like that should have some attention for Apps to work? I'm running my network on my routers DHCP if that is any help to anyone.
So check your router settings, guys

I am having this same problem. I can ping out to the internet but still have no apps show up on the HDA. Running 7 with Fedora 19. Any help would be appreciated.
Re: Error msg: There are no applications available at this t
There are very few apps available currently for Amahi 7. I would suggest you try the install and network troubleshooters in the wiki. One of those should provide some insight into the issue.

Could be a problem with installation. Also ensure you are running only DHCP and DNS on the HDA.
