Strange letters

Hi,

I am new to this and are trying out different apps. But when I install apps with localized languages (swedish) and change language in the apps settings all unusual letters become a question mark. Not only the swedish letters, but any unusual letter.

What to do?

Hmm, maybe the apps do not have good localization?

Does this occur across browsers? i.e. try FF and IE and Chrome, for example.
