Install help

Hi, quick newbie question am just setting up my home build nas for personal use and thought I would give this a try. So far everything has gone OK but am at a part where you have to choose what type of install you what and am not sure which one is best to pick from.

Also not sure if this can be done I have Symbology DS411 slim that takes 2.5 HDD that's great for storage but not really good for anything else. I was thinking for installing Amahi on a spare laptop to set up as a nas but was wondering if there was any way of then attaching the ds411 and just using it as extra storage for the laptop

Follow the install instructions precisely. It tells you what to choose at each step.

You can add additional drives, but external ones will likely not perform as well as internal to your HDA.

Ensure you use the appropriate Fedora version as specified.
