SOLVED: Apache won't start (Can't access dashboard)

I'm having the same problem as this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=16&t=5209

However I tried the solution from that thread (ran 'yum update openssl') but apache still doesn't start with the same error.

Do I need to reboot the server after that update?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do as root user:

yum update

Then reboot.
