"How To Use USB Drives" didn't work

Postby raivanov » Mon Jan 25, 2016 11:43 am

Amahi 8 / Fedora server 21

Hi, can somebody help me to setting up usb sticks or drives to work with Amahi 8 on Fedora 21?
I did all step by step "How To Use USB Drives" from HDA Admin How To, checked 10 times the configuration files but... nothing happen.
The USB stick and USB drive I connect I see as /dev/sdd and /dev/sde and that's all. I connected 2 usb devices and I see them with lsblk and when I mount them manually in some directori I see the content too.

Result of fpaste - http://paste.fedoraproject.org/314565/37454971

So I presume you saw the warning on the wiki page that says the guidance may be outdated.

When I get a chance, I will search the internet to see if there is any help there.

This is something that often changes in OS versions and the original author of the wiki page did not update it.

EDIT: Check out the command line to mount USB flash drives article.
