Can't create new HDA

So I'm looking at my Dashboard and I don't see the link to create a new HDA. I'm on a regular (not upgraded account) and had a second HDA previously. I deleted it but I no longer have a link to create a new HDA. I finally figured out I could go to https://www.amahi.org/system/new but I don't see a link. Should I see a link on my dashboard to create a new HDA?

Please email support. You may only be authorized 1 HDA now but not sure.
